Life is more fun when you’re prepared for it.
Coaching Works.
Coaching is an incredibly powerful force in increasing overall life satisfaction and creating fulfilling results academically and personally. Coaching is a process, just like any other, and building trust with my client is of the utmost importance in this process. It is recommended that your student plan to participate in coaching for a minimum of four months.
Students with ADHD and Executive Functioning (EF) Challenges no longer need to feel limited.
Trained by the world-renowned JST Coaching and Training, I believe ADHD and EF coaching is:
Action oriented and future focused. Clients with ADHD/EF tend to live in the present moment so work done in coaching to build strong connections between daily choices to the trajectory of future goals is valuable.
Supportive while being non-directive, which strengthens cognitive skills. Clients who build these cognitive skills become more self-determined and empowered to choose the outcome of their lives.
Supporting clients in shifting their perspective of reality, which enhances the ability to learn from challenges and take pride and ownership in their successes.
Collaboration Works.
Though your student will be my client and their buy-in of being able to set their own goals and forge their own path is of the utmost importance, parents’ input and thoughtful introspection is vital to this process. You will be involved in various steps throughout, and as your student wishes, to enable a smoother, stronger absorption of new tools, habits and strategies.
